How do I track my order?

 

We will be sharing the tracking id of the shipment services once we dispatch the order. You can track it directly on the shipment services.

What are your delivery options?

We will ship the orders through postal or shipping services once the order is paid. You can also visit us at Store and collect the order. It will also give us an opportunity to meet and greet you.

How do I return an item?

We accept return in 7 days after delivery of package. The item has to be intact and unused. Share us package opening video and damage image before we start process. Also send us the package at your responsibility and share us tracking details once shipped.

How can I contact your couriers?

 

Once we share the shipment service and tracking id, you can contact them directly.

Do you provide International delivery?

Yes we do provide international delivery. However the charges vary. Kindly contact us before making payment.

What is your returns policy?

We ensure we ship quality products before we ship. We also do quality check before we ship. However, Returns/Exchange will be entertained if the request is genuine.
